No. The regimen does not change with time since exposure. The physician chooses it based on your health and what is known about the other person, and it is billed at the official UAE price.
Yes. Plain packaging, a plain invoice that reads "Hollis Private Health, consultation", and one named physician. Your records are held under UAE health-data law and handled in strict confidence. UAE law requires some results, such as a positive HIV test, to be reported to health authorities, and your physician explains this before any test.
PEP Emergency is AED 19,500 and PEP Complete is AED 24,500 as a service fee. Medication is billed separately at the official UAE regulated price, typically about AED 4,800 to 5,400. The first call is free.
Follow-up HIV tests at 4 to 6 weeks and 12 weeks after the exposure give you your answer. With PEP Complete, an HIV RNA test at day 14 adds an early check, but it cannot give a final answer while you are still taking PEP.
