HollisWhat Hollis is, and who is behind it.
Hollis is a physician-led home-visit service in Dubai for urgent sexual health: emergency HIV post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP), STI testing and treatment, and PrEP. A doctor comes to your home, hotel or office anywhere in Dubai, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hollis is also written as Hollis Clinic, after its website, hollisclinic.ae.
Who runs Hollis
Hollis is the sexual-health service of Bacora Home Healthcare Center L.L.C, a home-healthcare facility licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA facility licence 1144581, Dubai trade licence 1317237). The registered address is Commercial Bank of Dubai Building, Unit M31, Al Muraqqabat, Dubai. Every visit is carried out by a DHA-licensed physician working under that licence.
Hollis does not run a walk-in clinic. All care is delivered at the patient's location, which is what keeps it private and fast.
What Hollis does
- Emergency HIV PEP. A physician assesses the exposure by phone, then visits to examine, take baseline bloods and start the 28-day course. PEP must begin within 72 hours of the exposure, and works best in the first 24.
- STI testing at home. A 32-test screen covering HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B and C, chlamydia, gonorrhoea, herpes and more, with samples taken at your door and results reviewed by the physician.
- STI treatment at home. Diagnosis and treatment of chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, trichomoniasis, herpes outbreaks and hepatitis B exposure.
- PrEP. Assessment, baseline testing, prescription and quarterly follow-up for people who want ongoing protection against HIV.
- Needle-stick cover for clinics, salons and employers, on a monthly contract.
How it works
- Call or message +971 58 644 7769, any hour.
- The physician on duty calls back within 15 minutes and talks through what happened. The call is free.
- If a visit is needed, the physician comes to you, usually within two hours anywhere in Dubai, in plain clothes and with an unmarked bag.
- Records stay with the treating physician and the licensed facility, and are shared with no one outside your care except where UAE law requires reporting.
Fees
Fees are published in full on the home page. PEP Emergency is AED 19,500 and PEP Complete is AED 24,500 as service fees, with medication billed separately at the official UAE regulated price. A home STI screen is AED 2,500. There are no hidden charges and no fee for the first phone call.

Hollis serves all of Dubai, including hotels in Downtown, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, DIFC, Jumeirah, Deira and Bur Dubai, and residences across the emirate.
